I am a computer systems engineer with broad experience in installation, migration and post-installation support where technical expertise and problem-solving skills have contributed to a significant number of successful implementations in a wide range of private and public sector organisations.

From previous experience, having worked in the IT business for eleven years, I'm used to keeping in close contact with customers and users to ensure mutual understanding and full customer satisfaction.

I am excellent at solving problems by applying analytical and diagnostic skills with imagination, persistence and patience.
